Europa Square is a square in Konstitucijos avenue with the tallest sky-scraper in the Baltics (148.3 meters high). Business center “Europa” was opened on May 1st, 2004, to mark the date when Lithuania joined the European Union. There is an observation deck installed at the height of 114 meters. The Square is surrounded by the Vilnius Municipality building, banks (Swedbank and SEB Vilnius Bank), shopping mall “Europa”, and an impressive business center “Vilnius Business Harbor”, which stands out with its architecture, modernism, and variety of services in the New and modern Vilnius Center.
The Square is often occupied by various exhibitions. One of the most interesting collections displayed here was a set of cows – a social initiative, called European Kindness Cow, the aim of which was to collect funds for children.
The contemporary surroundings of the Square became not only a place for the business meetings, but also a spot loved by the youth.
