Cutler is a sculpture located in the Spanish city of Albacete that pays tribute to this important time in the history of the capital sector. Located in the Jardines del Altozano of the Plaza del Altozano, in the center, it is one of the icons of the City of Cutlery. It was inaugurated in 1998. Made of bronze, it represents the typical albaceteño cutler offering the knife Albacete with his belt full of knives. It is the work of sculptors Antonio Herrera Garcia and Flores Llanos Madrona.
