丽江的海拨比较高，不大适合激烈运动，一般人到丽江的牦牛坪大多是坐缆车上去的，为了看日出，我们走了几公里的山路，因为要到天亮以后，缆车站的人们才开始上班，只好摸黑从停车场开始往上爬，往返大概走了八九公里，非常累人，体力消耗也很大，有会机去试一下的话，一定要带够足够的饮水和食物，另外就是海拨比较高，保暖也是很重要的。
