Cami, Çaysimav Beldesi’nde yer almaktadır. 1958 yılına tarihlenen cami, dikdörtgen planlı, yığma tekniğiyle inşa edilmiştir. Üst örtüsü kırma çatılı, alaturka kiremit ile kaplıdır. İç mekânda mihrap çini, minber ve kadınlar mahfili ahşaptan yapılmıştır.
