Basilica de Caacupe El santuario de la Virgen de Caacupé es una basílica católica apostolica romana de Paraguay que fue inaugurada el 8 de diciembre de 1765 y que se ha convertido en un lugar de peregrinación de numerosos creyentes. Localizado en el Departamento de Cordillera, Ciudad de Caacupe.
