A 400' aerial view of a large alluvial plain dissected by roads on the west side of Gabbs Valley, Nevada. Sediment deposits flow towards the large alkali flat in the distance. The area has a lot of past & current mining activity w/ the former nearby ghost town of Rawhide in the hills.
