Hall of the Provincial Palace of Palencia (Spain). This is a Neoplateresque Art Nouveau building, made by Jeronimo Arroyo. It is the site of Diputacion de Palencia (a kind of superlocal authority). In the ceiling, a mural painting of Eugenio Oliva, depicting the defeat of romans by ancient vaccei warriors.
