In April 2020, an immense wildfire took place during several days in national park De Meinweg in the Netherlands. In a large area, all low vegetation including the heather was destroyed. Larger trees were blackened at the bottom, while some treetops were still green. This aerial panorama is made one week after the fire was extinguished.
