The Lovers Suspension Bridge located at 2.5 km mark of Highway 132 was erected in the aftermath of Typhoon Morakot, which pummeled Taiwan in August 2009. The bridge spans across Zhuokou River and has a sweeping view of a stream, a waterfall, and pools. It is 10-minute walk upstream along the trail that leads to the famous Lovers Valley Falls.

The waterfall in the valley has five layers. Walk across the bridge and you reach the first layer. Go straight up from the left side of the first layer and you reach the second layer in 10 minutes. Under the bridge there are camping lots and fishing areas. Next to the waterfall is a pavilion where visitors can rest and enjoy the scenic view. It is indeed a resort for visitors to appreciate the waterfall, go mountain climbing and river tracing.
