這裡是陳定南紀念園區園區的主要展館入口處，是一個半戶外的門廳。在此右方可以看到陳定南先生的老家，而左邊則是宜蘭三星鄉的田間風光。
陳定南紀念園區由陳定南教育基金會籌辦，黃建興建築事務所規劃興建。主要為紀念宜蘭的前任縣長：陳定南先生。整個園區以陳定南先生幼年的故居開始發想，整合舊有的三合院，創造適合展覽的空間。
