Crruthres Stone House. It is not abandoned, and should not be approached or disturtbed in any way. In 1915 George Carruthers settled here near the canyon that now brars his name. Some of the earliest mining in the East Mojave took place in and around Carruthers (Caruthers) Canyon in the 1860s.
