Sometimes it seems to me in Japan everyone and every organization loves a ceremony and Niseko Hirafu is no exception. Uniforms are another winner.

So yeah the saftey center is run in association with the local police - The Boys in Blue - and Hirafu business owners.

Before long hoards of rampaging large people will descend on Hirafu and the saftey center...helps out when needed.

Got to love the cutting of the ribbon - cutting by consensus... a safe bet.
