Palestina fica cerca de 8km da bacia hidráulica de do açude Lima Campos que tem sua parede localiza-se no distrito cujo nome é o mesmo, este pertencente ao município de Icó - Ceará. Ao Oeste, fica dividido tanto com o município de Iguatú, desde a Serra dos Morais até o sítio que tem por nome Catolé, como pelo município de Quixelô que dar-se por meio do Rio Jaguaribe nas proximidades da Conceição que está submersa pela bacia hidráulica do grande Açude Orós. Ao Sul, há pontos em que faz divisa com o município de Icó, nas proximidades do riacho Tatajuba, dividindo fronteira com um sítio bem centralizado que tem por nome Malhada Vermelhe e que fica as margens da BR 404 (fonte fgl.frihost.net)
