This was taken on a vacant lot in Playa Miramar, Puerto Penasco aka Rocky Point, Mexico around 20 miles east of town. The large green area to the north is the estuary and depending on the tides, completely fills up with water. Puerto Penasco is located approximately three and a half hours drive south of Phoenix and Tucson AZ and an hour from the US border.
