The Sizihwan Bay sunset is one of the 8 wonders of Kaohsiung.  Everyday at sunset, crowds of tourists would gather around the stone railings on the embankments, each looking for the optimum spots to take in the gorgeous sunset.  When the heavens darken, couples can be found at every stone railing softly whispering into each other.  Such scenes are jokingly referred to as either the “lover’s holes” or the “radish pits” by most tourists, becoming yet another temptation, seducing visitors to frequent Sizihwan Bay.
