Gigapixel view from atop Warren Peak (elev. 9,710'), the second highest named point in the Warner Mountains & Modoc County of northeastern California. The peak has an excellent 360 degree view with north views into Oregon, a glimpse of Goose Lake, & the Alkali Lakes in the Surprise Valley. To the east one can see much of barren northwest Nevada w/ some distant dust as a result of Burning Man 2019. Mt. Shasta & Lassen Peak also poke glimpses to the distant west while the highest point in the range, Eagle Peak, lies not too far to the south. Directly below the 600 foot high escarpment is the lovely Patterson Lake, which sits just over 9,000 feet in elevation.
