Began to produce solar energy on March 17, 2008 with a capacity of 46 MWp power and produces 93 million kilowatts / hour per year, equivalent to consumption of more than 30,000 families. The plant covers an area of 250 hectares and consists of 2,520 solar trackers, photovoltaic modules with 262,080. Its operation prevents the emission into the atmosphere of about 152 000 tons of CO ² per year.
