Front Porch of Rhoads House
Philadelphia

Famed Philadelphia surgeon Jonathan Rhoads lived in this house in Germantown from 1951 until his death in 2002.  The magnificent katsura tree was already full grown when he moved in.  He got the statue of Benjamin Franklin from the Philosophical Society, which had too many of them (indeed Philadelphia as a whole has too many statues of Ben).
