Broch of Birsay, Orkney
Scotland

The Broch of Birsay can be reached by a causeway which is flooded at high tide. On the broch there are the remains of Pictich and Norse settlements. This is a good place to watch for nesting sea birds including Fulmars and Puffins frommay and july.
