This is what the Festival is all about good weather and lots of blossoms.  Everyone is having a great day.  The couple next to the camera enjoying each others company.  The tourists getting a shot of their friends under the blossoms.  The fellow photographer getting some video.  The ducks are even getting some treats from the kids.
