Edinburgh - Castle
Scotland
Located at the shores of the Firth of Forth Edinburg is the capital of Scotland. It is a city of art und culture. The Castle is a fortress located at one end of the Royal Mile on top of the Castle Rock. Few of the buildings are not older than 400 years. St. Margaret’s Chapel was built in the 12th century. Mons Meg is a bombard (i.e. a siege gun) from the 15th century. The National War Museum of Scotland is part of the National Museum of Scotland.
