El Capitan State Beach is located in Santa Barbara County, just north of Goleta. This is a great beach to camp at no matter where you're from. The view off the bluff is very beautiful and the camp sites are spacious. The beach is awesome, whether your swimming, surfing, checking out the tide pools or just relaxing.
