Nevada

Hiking trail at the Hikison Petroglyphs site.  This trail heads up to the top of the ridge.

The petroglyphs at the Hickison site are classified as Great Basin Curvilinear style dated between 11,000 and 12,000 years ago.  These petroglyphs are the same style as the petroglyphs found at Grims Point near Fallon, Nevada.

This area also has a campground, covered picnic tables, and restrooms.  (no running water)
