Established in 1989, the Fifth Cargo Center of Kaohsiung Free Trade Port Zone is located at a perfect spot—only two kilometers away from the highway and three from the Kaohsiung International Airport. In addition to its great location, the size of this cargo center is another advantage and a potential for further growth. One of the core concepts of the design of the center is to achieve high efficiency by having integrated automatic entrance guard system with electronically-transmitted data to shorten the time for operation and automobile entrance/exit. The center is run by a local firm that has greatly improved its overall efficiency and quality of service.
