St. Severin ist die evangelisch-lutherische Kirche in Keitum auf Sylt. Sie wurde 1240 erstmalig urkundlich erwähnt. Die Errichtung des Dachstuhles wird auf das Jahr 1216 datiert. Der Kirchturm wurde um 1450 hinzugefügt. St. Severin gilt als ältester Sakralbau in Schleswig-Holstein.
