Milan: Belgioioso Square with Alessandro Manzoni House

Piazza Belgioioso is a very central square of Milan not far from the Duomo. It's a small jewel surrounded by important palaces. One is the Palazzo Belgioioso, a large neoclassical building designed at the end of 18th century by Giuseppe Piermarini, architect who is remembered for his Teatro alla Scala. Another is the palace where for a long time lived the Italian novelist Alessandro Manzoni, whose novel The Betrothed, "I Promessi Sposi", is considered one of the masterpieces of the world literature.

In the 360 image is clearly visible a memorial plate.
This square is unfortunately usually full of parked cars. So, to get a pleasant view you have to go there early in the morning and when most inhabitants are in holiday.
