On the summit of Fratar, 1353m.
A summer afternoon on the edge of Gorski Kotar, Croatia, and we are standing on the 1353m summit of Fratar (meaning brother) watching as the storm clouds head south west over the bay of Kvarner towards the Istrian Peninsular. Whilst on the northern skyline stands the Slovenian peak of Snežnik.
