Path up to Edakkal Caves, Ancient Man Site
India
Steep path going up to the Edakkal Caves, Kerala's most famous prehistoric site with ancient rock etchings of human and animal figures. Three sets of petroglyphs have been discovered with the earliest dating back over 5,000 years. This is a hard steep path but the lush jungle beauty and magnificence views make it well worth the climb.
