Plaza Mayor - Torrecilla De Valmadrid, Noche

Church of Our Lady of the Assumption - Torrecilla de Valmadrid-

This small neighborhood has an interesting parish church built in mud brick and reinforced a terraced building. The church has a single nave, of four sections, polygonal apse and chapels between contafuertes, shallow retain the original star-ribbed vaulting. The vaults of the nave were replaced by the cannon with lunettes, works by a certain Barcelo in 1731, as indicated therein. The cover is very simple, Renaissance character arch and pediment again, flanked by two coats of arms. At the foot of the temple on the right side stands the tower. It is square and has two parts, the top is pierced with openings in arch and has a conical top funny. The bells are from 1799 and 1801.
