Small auditorium. Room 2 is another of the main attractions of Casa da Música due to the originality of its design, as a multipurpose space adaptable to the most varied purposes. To characterize it in one word, elasticity would probably be the right term. With 320 m2 and capacity for about 250 people seated or 65 standing, Room 2 has its adaptability, its functional key. With a flat floor, devoid of fixed chairs, it allows to host musical shows in which the public and the stage may have variable placements. A plasticity that promotes the creation of different atmospheres for events and initiatives that can go from Jazz to Fado, from Dj's to recitals, or from conferences to professional meetings.
