The Sanctuary of Mare de Déu de Canòlic is a place of worship located in Andorra, specifically in the parish of Sant Julià de Lòria. This sanctuary, dedicated to the Virgin of Canòlic, is situated in a mountainous area at about 1635 meters above sea level, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
The sanctuary has a rich history and is an important pilgrimage center for local devotees. Every year, on the last Saturday of May, the traditional "Romería de Canòlic" is celebrated, where the faithful walk up to the sanctuary to honor the Virgin. This festivity is one of the most significant and emotional events in the Andorran calendar.
The current building is a reconstruction dating from the 20th century, although the site has been a place of worship since much earlier times. Inside, the image of Mare de Déu de Canòlic stands out, a figure of the Virgin that is revered for her protection and miracles.
