On May 24, 2014, Park Toorenvliedt with the accompanying bunker complex was festively reopened. This after a period of two years, in which various activities took place: the existing bunker complex was made more visible and accessible, playground equipment was installed for the youth and a tracking/walking route was realized. A bunker was also refurbished and turned into a museum bunker.
