Building built between 1878 and 1882, under the design of Engº Alfredo Soares, then equipped with an elegant access staircase. The masonry remains ennobled in the finish by a shield with a royal crown, as well as some accessory elements (gare and side covers facing south) with the characteristic iron structure to the 19th century taste.
