Gwendolyn MacEwen Park
Toronto

Gwendolyn Margaret MacEwen Park is a small patch of semi-maintained land on Walmer Road north of Spadina in Toronto.

It is named after a poet who also received the honor of a bust statue beside the park bench.    Although it is shockingly pleasant to acknowledge that the bust has surprisingly gone unvandalized, some of the late author's best work could've been created if she were somehow miraculously able to bear witness to the variety of human drama which has transpired on that single park bench over the past number of years.
