竹子湖除了海芋花很美外，每當初春乍暖時節，在雲霧飄渺之間，常有急馳而過的藍鵲及悠遊自在的鷺鷥身影，在白綠交錯的海芋花田來回穿梭，吸引許多賞花遊客駐足品味這一季的美。

親水階梯平台，呼喚遊客悠遊山水間，聽潺潺流水聲，享受鄉野的閒情逸致。坐在公園板凳上，享受春夏氣候的涼爽，讓心情做一個短暫的沉澱，再做下一站的旅遊吧。
