Black Caviar Statue - Nagambie
Victoria

Black Caviar (foaled 18 August 2006) is a retired Australian Thoroughbred racehorse.

She was born on 18 August 2006 at 5.20 am at Gilgai Farm in Nagambie, Victoria, and grew up on the Goulburn River property.

Black Caviar was undefeated in 25 races including 15 Group One victories.

She was named WTRR World Champion Sprinter in 2010,2011, 2012 and 2013.

Black Caviar was trained by Melbourne-based trainer Peter Moody.

She was retired on 17 April 2013.
