Rear courtyard of the Maison Dufort, one of the historic gingerbread houses of Port au Prince. Following the damage inflicted by the earthquake of Jan. 12, 2010, a team of young builders has been training in the restoration arts, repairing the house and adding seismic reinforcement to its structure.
