Harlow Market Essex
England

The market is part of a large pedestrian precinct at Harlow New Town (the New Town title has to a large extent been dropped as Harlow was developed in the late 1940s and 1950s to relieve overcrowding in London, and therefore isn't "new" anymore. Neither is is it the only shopping area in the town anymore. There are now several "retail parks" - silly term! - around the place). The bronze of a slaughtered pig with its stomach slit open and entrails removed is reminiscent of Damien Hurst's work. No, that should be the other way round. Hurst's stuff is reminiscent of it.

The panorama was made handheld.
