The view on the promenade called Lungomare Svetog Mikule, extending from the town of Cres to the autocamp Kovacine. The promenade is occupied by the bathers during the day, but on the evening, the crowds from the autocamp, hotel and apartments gather for a very pleasant walk, usually to the center of Cres.
The island of Cres can be reached from Brestova via the ferry to Porozina. Ferries operate regularly and frequently during the summer season, but there is often a long waiting because of the many tourists visiting the island.
