The buildings show Wine cellars located on a hill in the so called "Weinviertel" in Lower Austria.

Wine-growers used to make their wine in this buildings alled "Preßhaus" and store the wine in wooden barrels in earthcellars underneath the buildings. The constant temperature was and is ideal for storing the Wine.
