一汽-大众汽车有限公司（简称一汽-大众）于1991年2月6日成立，是由中国第一汽车集团公司和德国大众汽车股份公司、奥迪汽车股份公司及大众汽车（中国）投资有限公司合资经营的大型乘用车生产企业，是我国第一个按经济规模起步建设的现代化乘用车工业基地。经过多年的不断发展，一汽-大众在长春和成都共有二大生产基地，包括轿车一厂、轿车二厂、轿车三厂(成都分公司)和发动机传动器厂。其中长春基地位于中国长春西南部，占地面积182万平方米，已形成年产66万辆的生产能力；成都基地位于成都市东南的成都经济技术开发区内，占地面积81.3万平方米，2009年5月8日建设项目正式启动, 一期生产规模为年产15万辆。
