Pookode Lake is a small natural fresh water lake surrounded by evergreen forest and rolling hills. It's only 21ft at its deepest and covered in parts with water lilies and lotus flowers. Taking a 2 km stroll around the lake on a small pathway is very beautiful and peaceful, or you can take out one of the paddle boats.
