View of the low snow clouds hovering over Crater Lake, Oregon. This view is from the Rim Village at an elevation of 7100 feet. The snow depth here is about seven feet, somewhat low considering previous years. Views of Garfield Peak & Crater Lake Lodge nearby to the east.

Crater Lake is a snow melt filled volcano crater in south central Oregon, USA. The water is very pure and awsomely blue. It is the deepest Lake in the USA at 1946 feet.
