Located in Southern Salu of Namasia District in Kaohsiung City, Holy Mt. Zion originally meant Mountain of Peace with a total area of about 200 hectares. In 1963, the Taiwan New Testament Church transformed the once barren mountain into a well-known religious site in Taiwan. They built trails, artificial lakes, and a service center, all helping to enhance its beautiful natural scenery. The mountain thus became a paradise and the holy mountain for Christians in Taiwan.
