宪定王朱任晟， 恭惠王庶次子（温裕王的叔叔，因温裕王无子），第十一代靖江王。万历二十年以辅国将军晋封，三十六年（公元1608年）卒，二年后葬。妃卒于万历三十七年（公元1609年），次年同葬。陵墓占地面积8.4亩，由陵门、碑亭、中门、享殿、神道石作仪仗11对组成。神道石刻种类为守门狮、望柱（浮雕盘龙云饰）、勇士控马、狻猊、獬豸、麒麟、虎、象、秉笏翁仲各1对。
