Yoshino cherry trees are in full bloom along the Philo T. Farnsworth Promenade which encircles the Utah State Capitol.  Here, on the west side, we have a glimpse of the Utah Law Enforcement Memorial, dedicated to officers who lost their lives in the performance of their duties.
