The white donkey, out of the former Austria - Hungary, are unpigmentierter donkeys with unpigmentierten skin and eyes, because of the strength of their iris it appears lightblue.

There are donkeys in the past, particularly by wealthy landowner of the K. u. K. - territory of the Austrian - Hungarian monarchy were bred. Worldwide, the stock currently around 150 to 200 animals.
