The Knight´s chapel: This twelfth century construction, r which was called the Chapel of Our Lady in the Middle Ages, was renamed the Knight´s Chapel during the Baroque era. Early Gothic arches from around the time of 1250 replace the original Roman wooden roof.

Niederösterreich ist ein Bundesland von Österreich. Es ist vor allem für seine Kulturgüter, wie das UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Wachau, bekannt. Das Weinviertel im Nordosten, das Waldviertel im Nordwesten, das Mostviertel im Südwesten und das Industrieviertel im Südosten. Die Landeshauptstadt ist seit 1986 die im Zentrum des Bundesland liegende Statutarstadt St. Pölten.
