Bramber Parish Church of St Nicholas, West Sussex
England

The church of St Nicholas was originally built in 1073 as a church or chapel for the adjacent Bramber Castle. The building retains many of its original Norman features, such as the nave and its south door, and the crossing with its Norman carvings.

It became a parish church in the 13th century. The tower was added during a substantial renovation programme in the 18th century.
