Jack and Jill Windmills
Brighton-Hove
The windmills of Jack and Jill sit above the Clayton train tunnel to the north of Brighton. They overlook the weald to the North Downs and appear on the sykline as the distinctive twin black & white windmills. Jack is the Black windmill and is privately owned, Jill is the White one and is owned by the Jack and Jill Windmills Society which has restored the corn mill and opens it for the public.

The city was created in 2000 from the two original towns of Brighton and Hove. The city is famous for its Royal Pavilion and Piers, however its Marina and eclectic beach activities have also risen to prominence. The cities' night life includes many restaurants, bars, clubs and of course it is well known for its large Gay community.
